My feature project Magic Window was one of three scripts selected for Filmshop's Breakthrough Series this year.
This is a curated industry showcase of some of the strongest work being made by members of the Filmshop filmmaking collective, taking place at the IFP Media Center on Saturday October 21. Industry guests include documentarian and DCTV Co-Executive Director Jon Alpert, playwright and screenwriter Aurin Squire (This is Us), and showrunner and screenwriter Elizabeth Meriwether (New Girl).
Featured projects range from works-in-progress to fully-produced narrative and documentary shorts, features, and series and feature screenplays. The event also functions as a meeting point and marketplace for filmmakers and industry guests to view these projects.
The online film magazine Film Inquiry recently published a piece about Arts and Crafts.
